Lens Coating Lamp
Many polycarbonate eyeglass lenses are UV coated to enhance scratch resistance. Typical method is spin-coater followed by UV curing station. Most machines use either a bent arm lamp (bent 900 at bulb seal) or a straight lamp with wires exiting out the rear of the ceramic end cap.
Common names include Coburn Technologies and Ultra Optics.
