Label Curing Lamps

Ultraviolet curing has found great favor in the manufacture of flexible packaging, decals, stickers and labels. Widely used for excellent solvent and scratch resistance, ultraviolet (UV) curing lamps have found wide use in lacquer and clear top coat as well as pigmented coating and ink applications. Materials can be left in the printing press or coating machine overnight without worry they will “dry” in the machine. Also known as lacquer curing lamps, they have found significant appeal in applications including UV flexo, offset, letterpress, prefinished hardwood flooring and silkscreen printing processes.
